Happy Thanksgiving
by Chris

Happy Thanksgiving to all WTB readers. It’s the one and only day of the year where we can all pig out and not have to worry about what we’re eating. Well… at least we have an excuse to eat whatever we want.

I’m going to start updating this more frequently. The last month or so I’ve lost focus on this, but have still been hard at it in the gym.

Start checking back regularly for more frequent updates and madness!

Droid app for tracking lifts
by Chris

So it’s been a while since the last update on this blog. Since the last update, I have sense taken a week off to rest up and return to the gym to hopefully increase some of my numbers some more.

I recently upgraded my old Palm Treo phone to a new Droid by Motorola. Wow… Let me tell you, the money was well spent. Of course, after playing around with it for a little while, I went ahead and starting looking around to see if I could find an application that would track my workouts. Sure enough, I found one that does exactly what I want it to. The app is called “Lifting log“.

Possibly the most useful feature of the program is the fact that you can view graphs of your progress, and the problem also gives you the ability to take notes for each set you perform so you can remember what happened and why it happened.
